Your first job interview can be stressful, but good preparation makes a big difference. First, learn about the company before you go. Read its website, find out what it does and think about why you want to work there. Interviewers often ask, “Why do you want this job?”
Birinchi ish suhbati stressli bo‘lishi mumkin, lekin yaxshi tayyorgarlik katta farq yaratadi. Birinchidan, borishdan oldin kompaniya haqida bilib oling. Uning veb-saytini o‘qing, nima qilishini aniqlang va nega u yerda ishlashni xohlashingiz haqida o‘ylang. Suhbatdoshlar ko‘pincha: “Nega bu ishni xohlaysiz?” deb so‘rashadi.
Second, practise your answers with a friend or family member. Common questions include “Tell me about yourself” and “What are your strengths?” Third, choose your clothes the evening before. You don’t always need a suit, but you should look clean and tidy.
Ikkinchidan, javoblaringizni do‘stingiz yoki oila a’zongiz bilan mashq qiling. Keng tarqalgan savollar qatoriga “O‘zingiz haqingizda gapirib bering” va “Kuchli tomonlaringiz nima?” kiradi. Uchinchidan, kiyimingizni oldingi kechqurun tanlang. Har doim ham kostyum shart emas, lekin toza va ozoda ko‘rinishingiz kerak.
Fourth, arrive ten or fifteen minutes early. If you are late, the interviewer may think you are not reliable. Turn off your phone before you go in, smile and shake hands confidently.
To‘rtinchidan, o‘n-o‘n besh daqiqa erta keling. Agar kechiksangiz, suhbatdosh sizni ishonchsiz deb o‘ylashi mumkin. Ichkariga kirishdan oldin telefoningizni o‘chiring, jilmaying va ishonch bilan qo‘l bering.
Finally, prepare one or two questions to ask at the end, for example, “What does a normal day in this job look like?” This shows that you are really interested. And remember: even if you don’t get the job, every interview is good practice for the next one.
Va nihoyat, oxirida berish uchun bir-ikkita savol tayyorlang, masalan: “Bu ishda oddiy kun qanday o‘tadi?” Bu sizning haqiqatan qiziqayotganingizni ko‘rsatadi. Va esda tuting: hatto ishga olinmasangiz ham, har bir suhbat keyingisi uchun yaxshi mashq.
Tushundingizmi?
