Dear Laylo, Greetings from Istanbul! Grandad and I arrived here on Tuesday. The city is very big and very busy, with lots of cars and people, but it is also very beautiful.
Aziz Laylo, Istanbuldan salom! Bobong bilan seshanba kuni bu yerga yetib keldik. Shahar juda katta va juda gavjum, mashinalar va odamlar ko‘p, lekin u juda chiroyli ham.
Istanbul is in two parts of the world: Europe and Asia. A big river of sea water, called the Bosphorus, is between them. Yesterday, we took a ferry from Europe to Asia. It took only twenty minutes! Seagulls flew next to the boat, and Grandad gave them bread.
Istanbul dunyoning ikki qismida joylashgan: Yevropa va Osiyoda. Ular orasida Bosfor deb ataladigan katta dengiz bo‘g‘ozi bor. Kecha paromda Yevropadan Osiyoga o‘tdik. Atigi yigirma daqiqa oldi! Chayqalar qayiq yonida uchishdi, bobong ularga non berdi.
Today we visited the Grand Bazaar. It is a very old market with more than four thousand shops! We bought a beautiful lamp for our living room and some Turkish sweets for you. I hope you like them.
Bugun Katta bozorga bordik. Bu to‘rt mingdan ortiq do‘koni bor juda qadimiy bozor! Mehmonxonamiz uchun chiroyli chiroq va senga turk shirinliklarini sotib oldik. Senga yoqadi degan umiddaman.
