Do you like taking photos?
Namuna javob
Yes, especially of landscapes when I travel. People are harder because they always look posed.
Farq.
-
Do you prefer taking photos with a phone or a camera?
Namuna javob
My phone, purely for convenience, though a proper camera gives much better results.
Muvozanat.
-
Do you print your photos?

Rarely, which is a shame. I have thousands on my phone that I never look at.
Halol.

Namuna javob
The photo I like most is an old black-and-white picture of my grandparents, taken on their wedding day in 1968 in a small town near Namangan. It now hangs in my parents’ living room, and I’ve been looking at it all my life. What’s interesting is that it isn’t a typical posed wedding photo. They’re standing in a courtyard under a grapevine, and instead of looking at the camera, they’re looking at each other and laughing — apparently because a goat had just wandered into the yard in the middle of the ceremony. The photographer was a neighbour who had one of the very few cameras in the area, and he must have pressed the button at exactly the right moment. I love this photo for several reasons. First of all, it captures their personalities perfectly; even fifty years later, they still laughed together in exactly that way. Secondly, it’s a window into a different time — you can see the traditional clothes, the simple house and the faces of relatives I never met. But most of all, I think I love it because it’s spontaneous. In an age when we take hundreds of perfect, filtered photos, this one reminds me that the best moments are usually the unplanned ones.
Suratdagi tafsilot + hikoya (echki!) + nega yoqadi (3 sabab, oxirgisi eng chuqur).
3-qism: Muhokama
Part 3 da imtihonchi mavzuni umumlashtirib, jamiyat darajasidagi savollar beradi. Fikr + sabab + misol + (ixtiyoriy) qarshi fikr.

Has digital photography made photos less valuable?
Namuna javob
In a sense, yes. When every moment is photographed, individual photos lose significance. In the past, families might have had only a few photos, so each one was treasured.
Taqqoslash.
-
Why do people post so many photos on social media?
Namuna javob
Partly to share experiences with friends, but also to present an idealised version of their lives and gain approval through likes.
Ikki motiv.
-
Should people be allowed to take photos of strangers in public?
Namuna javob
Legally it’s usually allowed, but ethically I think you should ask permission, especially when photographing children or people in vulnerable situations.
Qonun vs axloq.
-
Can photography be considered art?
Namuna javob
Absolutely. A great photographer makes deliberate choices about light, composition and timing, which requires as much skill and vision as painting.
Kuchli pozitsiya.
