It depends on the task. Creative work benefits from teamwork, but I prefer focused tasks alone.

Describe a successful team project you were part of.
You should say:
- what the project was
- who was in the team
- what your role was
and explain why the project was successful.
Namuna javob
A team project I’m particularly proud of was organising a charity fun run at my university about three years ago, to raise money for a children’s hospital. There were six of us in the team, all from different faculties — a medical student, two economists, a designer, a sports science student and me, studying journalism. My role was handling publicity: I wrote press releases, managed our social media and persuaded a local radio station to interview us. Over three months, we met every week to update each other. It wasn’t always smooth; at one point, we had a serious disagreement about whether to charge an entry fee, which almost split the team. In the end, we compromised by making it free for students but asking others for a small donation. On the day, over four hundred people took part, and we raised nearly twice our target. I think the project was successful for three main reasons. Firstly, we had a very clear goal that everyone believed in. Secondly, we had a mix of skills, so everyone contributed something different, and we trusted each other to do our parts. Finally, we dealt with conflict openly instead of letting it build up, which made the team stronger rather than weaker.
Jamoa → rolingiz → qiyinchilik (nizo) → natija (raqam) → muvaffaqiyat sabablari.
3-qism: Muhokama
Part 3 da imtihonchi mavzuni umumlashtirib, jamiyat darajasidagi savollar beradi. Fikr + sabab + misol + (ixtiyoriy) qarshi fikr.
-
Why is teamwork important in the modern workplace?
Namuna javob
Most problems today are too complex for one person to solve. Teams bring together different skills and perspectives, which often leads to more creative solutions.
Sabab.
-
What causes conflict in teams?
Namuna javob
Unclear roles, poor communication and personality clashes are common causes. Sometimes it’s simply unequal workloads, where some members feel they’re doing everything.
Sabablar.
-
Should schools focus more on group work?
Namuna javob
I think there should be a balance. Group work develops vital skills, but students also need to learn to work independently, and individual assessment is fairer.
Muvozanat.

Is a good leader born or made?
Namuna javob
Mostly made, in my opinion. Some people are naturally confident, but skills like listening, delegating and resolving conflict can be learned through experience.
