I want to become successful person and earn many money.
I’d like to build a successful career and achieve financial independence.
Artikl va “much money” xatosi; C1 da aniqroq iboralar kutiladi.
-
Ambition is good. It is very good for people.
Ambition can be a powerful motivator, although it has its downsides.
Takror o‘rniga nozik va asoslangan fikr.
-
In my opinion, I think that …
I’d argue that … / In my view, …
Ikki marta “fikrimcha” deyish ortiqcha.
- Band 7+ uchun ravonlik muhim: jim qolmasdan, tabiiy to‘ldiruvchi iboralar bilan fikr tuzing (Well, Actually, I’d say …).
- Idiomalarni joyida va kam ishlating — majburan qo‘shilgan idioma ball tushiradi.
- Part 3 da mavhum savolga aniq misol bilan javob bering: tajriba, yangilik yoki statistika.
- Javobni pozitsiya darajasi bilan boshlang: “Not necessarily”, “To a large extent”, “It depends”.
1-qism: Tanishuv savollari
Band 7+ uchun Part 1 da ham tabiiy, ravon va aniq lug‘at kutiladi. Javoblar qisqa, lekin boy bo‘lsin.

Do you work or are you a student?
Namuna javob
I work full-time as a data analyst for a logistics firm. It’s quite a demanding job, but I genuinely enjoy the problem-solving side of it.
“genuinely”, “demanding” — aniq, tabiiy so‘zlar.
-
What do you like most about your job?
Namuna javob
I’d say it’s the fact that my work has a visible impact. When a model I’ve built actually reduces delays, it’s incredibly satisfying.
“I’d say it’s the fact that …” — urg‘uli tuzilma.
-
Did you have a clear idea of your career when you were younger?
Namuna javob
Not at all, to be honest. I was set on becoming a doctor until I discovered statistics at university and realised I loved working with numbers.
“was set on …” — idiomatik ibora.
-
Would you prefer to work for a big company or a small one?
Namuna javob
At this stage, a smaller one, I think. You get more responsibility early on, and you can see how your decisions affect the whole business.
Javob + ikki asosli sabab.
2-qism: Cue card (monolog)
1 daqiqa tayyorlanasiz, keyin 2 daqiqa gapirasiz. Band 7+ uchun hikoya tuzilishi aniq, lug‘at nozik va gaplar xilma-xil bo‘lishi kerak.
Describe an important goal you would like to achieve in the future.
You should say:
- what the goal is
- when you decided on it
- what you need to do to achieve it
and explain why this goal is important to you.
Namuna javob
One goal I’ve been working towards for a couple of years now is setting up my own data consultancy here in Uzbekistan. The idea is to help small and medium-sized businesses, which often collect a lot of data but have no idea how to use it, to make smarter decisions. I first started thinking about it about two years ago, when a friend who runs a small bakery asked me to look at her sales figures. In one afternoon, we worked out which products were losing money and which ones she should promote, and within a few months her profits had gone up noticeably. That was a real turning point for me, because I realised how much difference this kind of analysis could make. Obviously, there’s a lot I still need to do before I can make it happen. First, I want to gain more experience, ideally by working abroad for a couple of years, so that I can learn how leading firms do things. I also need to build a network of potential clients and save enough money to support myself for the first year, because new businesses rarely make a profit straight away. As for why it matters to me, it’s partly about independence — I’d love to be my own boss — but mainly it’s about contributing something meaningful. If small local businesses become more efficient, they can grow and create jobs, and I’d find that far more rewarding than simply climbing the career ladder in a big corporation.
Kirish jumlasi bilan mavzuni darhol ayting, aniq voqea (bakery) bilan jonlantiring, oxirida shaxsiy ahamiyatni ko‘rsating.
3-qism: Muhokama
Band 7–8 uchun Part 3 da mavhum g‘oyalarni muhokama qilish, taxmin qilish, taqqoslash va nozik pozitsiya bildirish kutiladi.

Why do some people have much stronger ambitions than others?
Namuna javob
I think it’s a combination of personality and environment. Some people are naturally competitive, but upbringing plays a huge role too — children whose parents encourage them to set goals tend to become more ambitious adults. Circumstances matter as well: if you’ve experienced financial hardship, you might be more driven to build a secure future.
Bir nechta omil: “a combination of …”, “plays a huge role”.
-
Is it always a good thing to be ambitious?
Namuna javob
Not necessarily. Ambition can be a powerful motivator, but if it becomes obsessive, it can lead to burnout or damage relationships. I’d argue that the healthiest kind of ambition is driven by a sense of purpose rather than just a desire for status or money.
“Not necessarily” — nozik, Band 8 javob boshlanishi.
-
How has the idea of a successful career changed in recent years?
Namuna javob
Quite dramatically, I’d say. A generation ago, success meant a stable job for life and steady promotion. Nowadays, many young people value flexibility, meaningful work and a decent work-life balance just as much as salary, and it’s become far more acceptable to change careers several times.
O‘tmish va hozirni taqqoslash: “A generation ago … Nowadays …”.
-
Should companies be responsible for their employees’ wellbeing?
Namuna javob
To a large extent, yes. Employees spend most of their waking hours at work, so companies inevitably have an impact on their mental and physical health. Besides, it makes business sense: staff who feel supported are usually more productive and less likely to leave. That said, individuals also need to set their own boundaries.
“To a large extent” — pozitsiya darajasi; “That said” — muvozanat.
-
Do you think people will work fewer hours in the future?
Namuna javob
There’s a good chance, yes. Automation is likely to take over many routine tasks, and some countries are already experimenting with four-day weeks. Whether that leads to more free time for everyone, though, will depend on how the benefits of technology are shared.
Kelajak taxmini: “There’s a good chance …”, “is likely to …”, shartli xulosa.
