Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to draw your attention to the poor condition of Navoi Park, which is located near my home in Yunusabad district.
The park is very popular with local families. Every afternoon, dozens of children play there after school, and many elderly residents go there for a walk in the evenings. It is one of the very few green spaces in our neighbourhood.
Unfortunately, the park has been neglected for several years. Much of the playground equipment is broken, and some of it is now dangerous for young children. In addition, there are not enough bins, so rubbish is often left on the grass, and several of the street lights do not work, which makes the park unsafe after dark. Several parents have told me that they no longer allow their children to play there alone.
I would suggest that the council repairs the playground and the lights as a matter of urgency. Installing more bins would also make a significant difference.
Yours faithfully,
Farhod Yusupov
