Dear Mr Karimov, I am writing to formally request a change to my working hours, starting from the beginning of next month. As you know, I have worked in the accounts department for almost four years, and I have always tried to be reliable and flexible when the team needed extra support. I hope that you will consider this request in the same spirit.
Hurmatli janob Karimov, keyingi oy boshidan ish vaqtimni o‘zgartirishni rasmiy ravishda so‘rash uchun yozyapman. Bilasizki, men buxgalteriya bo‘limida qariyb to‘rt yil ishlaganman va jamoaga qo‘shimcha yordam kerak bo‘lganda doimo ishonchli va moslashuvchan bo‘lishga harakat qilganman. Umid qilamanki, ushbu so‘rovni ham shunday ruh bilan ko‘rib chiqasiz.
My situation at home has recently changed. My mother, who lives with us, has been unwell since the spring, and from next month my husband will be working at a site outside the city, which means he will leave very early and return late. As a result, I will be responsible for taking our two children to school every morning. School starts at eight o’clock, which makes it impossible for me to arrive at the office by half past eight, as I do now.
Uydagi vaziyatim yaqinda o‘zgardi. Biz bilan yashaydigan onam bahordan beri betob, keyingi oydan esa turmush o‘rtog‘im shahar tashqarisidagi obyektda ishlaydi, ya’ni u juda erta ketib, kech qaytadi. Natijada har kuni ertalab ikki farzandimizni maktabga olib borish menga yuklanadi. Maktab soat sakkizda boshlanadi, bu esa hozirgidek ofisga sakkiz yarimgacha yetib kelishimni imkonsiz qiladi.
I would therefore like to propose the following arrangement. I would start work at half past nine instead of half past eight, and finish at half past six instead of half past five. In this way I would continue to work the same number of hours each week. In addition, I would like to ask whether it might be possible for me to work from home on Fridays, when there are usually no meetings in our department.
Shuning uchun quyidagi tartibni taklif qilmoqchiman. Ishni sakkiz yarim o‘rniga to‘qqiz yarimda boshlab, besh yarim o‘rniga olti yarimda tugatsam. Shu tarzda har hafta bir xil soat ishlashda davom etaman. Bundan tashqari, bo‘limimizda odatda yig‘ilishlar bo‘lmaydigan juma kunlari uydan ishlashim mumkinmi, deb so‘ramoqchiman.
I have thought carefully about how these changes might affect my colleagues and our clients. Most of our clients contact us after ten o’clock, so I do not believe the later start would cause any problems. In fact, staying until half past six could be an advantage, as we often receive urgent requests from our partners in other time zones at the end of the day, which at present have to wait until the next morning.
Bu o‘zgarishlar hamkasblarim va mijozlarimizga qanday ta’sir qilishi mumkinligi haqida puxta o‘yladim. Mijozlarimizning aksariyati biz bilan soat o‘ndan keyin bog‘lanadi, shuning uchun kechroq boshlash hech qanday muammo tug‘dirmaydi deb o‘ylayman. Aslida, olti yarimgacha qolish afzallik bo‘lishi mumkin, chunki biz ko‘pincha kun oxirida boshqa vaqt zonalaridagi hamkorlarimizdan shoshilinch so‘rovlar olamiz va ular hozir ertasi kungacha kutishiga to‘g‘ri keladi.
As for working from home, I already have a laptop provided by the company and a secure connection to our system, which I used without any difficulty during the period when the office was being renovated last year. I would, of course, be available by phone and video call throughout the day, and I would be happy to come into the office on a Friday whenever my presence was needed.
Uydan ishlashga kelsak, menda kompaniya bergan noutbuk va tizimimizga xavfsiz ulanish allaqachon bor, ulardan o‘tgan yili ofis ta’mirlanayotgan paytda hech qanday qiyinchiliksiz foydalanganman. Albatta, kun bo‘yi telefon va video qo‘ng‘iroq orqali bog‘lanish mumkin bo‘ladi va mening ishtirokim kerak bo‘lgan har qanday juma kuni ofisga kelishdan xursand bo‘laman.
I understand that the company may have concerns, and I would be very willing to try this arrangement for a trial period of, say, three months, after which we could review how it has worked for everyone. If you would prefer a different solution, I would be glad to discuss alternatives.
Kompaniyada xavotirlar bo‘lishi mumkinligini tushunaman va bu tartibni, masalan, uch oylik sinov muddatiga sinab ko‘rishga juda tayyorman, shundan so‘ng u hamma uchun qanday ishlaganini ko‘rib chiqishimiz mumkin. Agar boshqa yechimni afzal ko‘rsangiz, muqobil variantlarni muhokama qilishdan mamnun bo‘laman.
Would it be possible to arrange a short meeting to talk about this next week? I am free on any afternoon except Wednesday. Thank you very much for taking the time to consider my request. Yours sincerely, Malika Tursunova, Senior Accountant
Keyingi hafta bu haqda gaplashish uchun qisqa uchrashuv belgilash mumkinmi? Chorshanbadan boshqa istalgan kun tushdan keyin bo‘shman. So‘rovimni ko‘rib chiqishga vaqt ajratganingiz uchun katta rahmat. Hurmat bilan, Malika Tursunova, katta buxgalter
