Imagine working four days a week but getting the same salary. For many people, this sounds like a dream. But in several countries, hundreds of companies have already tried it.

How do companies fit five days of work into four? Many of them simply cut wasted time. Employees said they had never realised how much of their week was spent on unnecessary tasks.
