How do you usually relax after work?
Namuna javob
I go for a long walk without my phone. It sounds simple, but it really clears my head.
Odat + ta’sir.

Do you find it easy to relax?
Namuna javob
Not always. I tend to think about work even at weekends, which isn’t ideal.
Halol.
-

It depends on my mood. After a busy week I need time alone, but on holidays I love being with family.

Describe a place where you go to relax.
You should say:
- where it is
- how often you go there
- what you do there
and explain why this place helps you relax.
Namuna javob
The place I want to describe is a small café on the top floor of an old building in the centre of Tashkent, near the Chorsu area. From the street you’d never guess it was there; you have to climb four flights of narrow stairs. I go there roughly once a week, usually on Saturday mornings before it gets busy. There’s a terrace with a view over the domes of the old bazaar, and in spring the trees around it are full of blossom. I typically order a pot of green tea, take a book and just sit there for a couple of hours. Sometimes I write in my journal or plan the week ahead. The reason it helps me relax is partly the view — looking at something old and beautiful puts my everyday problems into perspective — but mostly it’s the fact that nobody can reach me there. I switch my phone to silent, and for two hours I’m simply not available. That sense of being disconnected is what I find most restorative.
Joyni sezgilar bilan tasvirlang (ko‘rish, eshitish) va sababni chuqurroq tushuntiring.
3-qism: Muhokama
Part 3 da imtihonchi mavzuni umumlashtirib, jamiyat darajasidagi savollar beradi. Fikr + sabab + misol + (ixtiyoriy) qarshi fikr.
-
Why do people today find it harder to relax than in the past?
Namuna javob
Largely because of technology. Smartphones mean we’re always reachable, so the line between work and personal time has become blurred. There’s also more pressure to be productive all the time.
Asosiy sabab + qo‘shimcha.
-
Should employers be responsible for their workers’ stress levels?
Namuna javob
To a large extent, yes. Companies benefit from healthy, rested employees, so it makes sense to limit overtime and offer flexible working. But individuals also need to set boundaries.
Taqsimlangan mas’uliyat.
-
Are there differences in how young and old people relax?
Namuna javob
Definitely. Older people often prefer quieter activities like gardening or meeting friends, whereas younger people tend to relax through gaming or social media — although I’m not sure that’s truly relaxing.
Taqqoslash + tanqidiy fikr.
-
Do cities provide enough places for people to relax?
Namuna javob
Some do, but in many cities green spaces are being replaced by buildings. Planners should treat parks as essential infrastructure, not a luxury.
Fikr + taklif.
