Describe a person who has improved their life through hard work or education.
You should say:
- who the person is
- what their situation was
- what they did
and explain what this shows about opportunity in your society.
Namuna javob
A person whose story I find inspiring is a former classmate of mine called Dilshod, who grew up in a small village in the Kashkadarya region, where his family farmed a small plot of cotton and wheat. His parents had little formal education, and money was always tight; in winter, he and his siblings sometimes missed school to help at home. What changed his trajectory was a combination of personal determination and a few key opportunities. A teacher at his village school noticed his talent for mathematics and spent evenings preparing him, unpaid, for a national olympiad. He won a regional prize, which earned him a place at a specialised boarding school in Tashkent. From there, he received a state scholarship to study computer science, and he’s now a senior software engineer at an international company, earning more in a month than his parents did in a year. He sends money home, has paid for his siblings’ education, and recently funded a computer lab at his old village school. His story shows, on the one hand, that social mobility is genuinely possible here — talent combined with effort can overcome a disadvantaged start. But on the other hand, I think it’s also a story about luck and scarcity. He succeeded largely because one exceptional teacher went far beyond her duties; countless equally talented children in similar villages never meet such a teacher. So for me, the lesson isn’t simply “work hard and you’ll succeed”, but that individual success stories shouldn’t blind us to structural barriers. The aim should be to make opportunities systematic, rather than dependent on chance.
Shaxs → boshlang‘ich sharoit → burilish (shaxsiy harakat + imkoniyat) → natija → tahlil: imkoniyat mavjud, lekin tasodifga bog‘liq → tizimli xulosa.

Band 7–8 uchun Part 3 da mavhum g‘oyalarni muhokama qilish, taxmin qilish, taqqoslash va nozik pozitsiya bildirish kutiladi.
-
Is some degree of inequality inevitable or even necessary?
Namuna javob
Some inequality reflects differences in effort and skill, and can incentivise innovation. But beyond a certain point, extreme inequality undermines social mobility, trust and even economic growth, so the question is one of degree.
Daraja masalasi.
-
Should the very wealthy pay much higher taxes?
Namuna javob
I think a progressive system is fair, since the wealthy benefit disproportionately from public infrastructure and stability. But taxes must be designed carefully to avoid simply driving capital abroad.
Pozitsiya + amaliy cheklov.
-
Does education reduce inequality?
Namuna javob
It’s one of the most powerful tools, but only if quality is equal. When good schools are concentrated in wealthy areas, education can actually reproduce inequality.
Paradoks.
-
Is inequality between countries decreasing?
Namuna javob
Globally, yes, largely due to rapid growth in parts of Asia. But inequality within many countries has increased, which is arguably more politically destabilising.
Ikki daraja.
