- present arguments for international aid — xalqaro yordam foydasiga dalillar keltiring
- present arguments against it — qarshi dalillarni keltiring
- state clearly how far you agree — qanchalik qo‘shilishingizni ayting
Imtihon strategiyasi
- Vaqtni bo‘ling: 5 daqiqa reja, 30 daqiqa yozish, 5 daqiqa tekshirish.
- Har bir asosiy abzas: markaziy gap → izoh → misol yoki natija.
- Savolning HAR BIR qismiga javob bering — ikki savolli topshiriqda ikkala savolga ham.
- 250 so‘zdan kam bo‘lsa ball kamaytiriladi; 270–320 so‘z eng qulay.
Namuna javob
Pozitsiya aniq va nozik, axloqiy va amaliy dalillar, qarshi fikrlar adolatli, xulosa konstruktiv. Namuna hajmi: 267 so‘z.

Despite enormous economic progress in recent decades, millions of people around the world still lack enough food, clean water and basic education. I agree that wealthy nations have a responsibility to help poorer countries, but I believe that the type of help they provide is just as important as the amount.
-
There are strong moral and practical reasons for richer countries to share their wealth. Many developed nations became prosperous partly by exploiting the resources of other regions in the past, so supporting those regions now can be seen as a form of fairness. Moreover, global problems such as disease, conflict and migration do not respect borders. When poverty is reduced, countries become more stable, which benefits everyone. Investment in education is particularly effective, because educated populations are better able to develop their own economies.
-
On the other hand, critics argue that aid is often wasted. In some countries, corruption means that money does not reach the people who need it, and long-term food aid can damage local farmers by making their products uncompetitive. There is also a risk of dependence, in which governments rely on foreign support rather than reforming their own economies. Some people in wealthy nations also feel that their governments should solve poverty at home before helping others.
-
These criticisms show that aid must be designed carefully. Rather than simply sending money or food, wealthy nations should invest in education, healthcare and infrastructure, and work with local communities to ensure that help is sustainable.
-
In conclusion, wealthy nations should help poorer ones, but they should focus on long-term development rather than short-term charity.
